Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and we will refund any payment made within 3–5 business days.

After Dispatch

Once the parcel has left our store, the cancellation becomes a return. Please refuse delivery or follow our Returns & Cancellations process within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Refund Method

Refunds are made back to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer). For cash-on-delivery orders, we will collect your bank details on WhatsApp to issue the refund.
