How do I place an order?

Add the items to your cart and tap the green "Order via WhatsApp" button. Fill in your details and we will confirm everything on chat.

How do I pay?

Payment options are shared on WhatsApp — typically UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for select pincodes.

How will I know my order is shipped?

We send a WhatsApp update with the courier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please share photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a return or replacement. See our Returns & Cancellations policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. For international orders, please reach out on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
